A professional quality latex paint formulated with titanium dioxide and inert pigments.
Intended Uses
An interior semi-gloss latex designed to provide a tough finish for moderate industrial and architectural service in hallways, and high traffic areas were a flat finish would be difficult to maintain. Not suitable for areas where excess moisture occurs, i.e. bathrooms. Designed for new construction or renovation.
Applications Directions
Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry & free from dust, grease, mildew & wax. Remove any loose & peeling paint and repair with patching compound. New Wood or Drywall: Seal bare surface with appropriate Latex, Hybrid or Alkyd primer for better uniformity. Previously Painted Areas: Glossy surfaces should be sanded to a dull finish or prime with an appropriate primer to provide good adhesion.

Drying Time: Touch 30Mins, Handle 4Hrs, Recoat: 4 Hrs
