Product Description: A waterborne alkyd hybrid pigmented with light fast pigments.
Intended Uses: Exterior high gloss finish for use on primed or previously painted wood, metal, concrete and masonry. Provides a tough, weather resistant coating on wall surfaces, doors, sash and trim.
Gloss Level: Gloss (60°: 70+)
Composition: Hybrid Alkyd
Spreading Rate (Gal): 28-37 m²/3.7L (300-400 ft²/3.7L)
Drying Time: Touch 30Mins, Handle 2Hrs, Recoat: 4 Hrs
Tools: Brush: If needed, Pure bristles
Roller: If needed, 10-15 mm
Spray: Tip .011-.015 in.
Application / Dilution: Ready to use / Up to 5% water if spraying
Clean-up: Water (Final rinse with Mineral Spirits)
VOC Level: <50g/L
Surface Preparation: Wood must be clean, dry (less than 15% moisture content) and free from dust, grease, mildew and wax. Previously painted or stained surfaces should be prepared by removing all flaking or peeling paint. Surface must be completely dry prior to applying the stain. New wood should be kiln dried or allowed to season for 2 to 4 weeks prior to the application of the product. If the wood is weathered or if mill glaze is present an appropriate cleaner should be used or remove the mill glaze and/or dead wood fibres.
