Intended Uses

A high quality, water-reducible, latex coating. An exterior concrete sealer with exceptional adhesion qualities that resists alkali on concrete and masonry up to pH 13.0

Applications Directions

Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry & free from dust, grease, mildew & wax. Remove any loose & peeling paint and repair with patching compound. New Wood or Drywall: Seal bare surface with appropriate Latex, Hybrid or Alkyd primer for better uniformity. Previously Painted Areas: Glossy surfaces should be sanded to a dull finish or prime with an appropriate primer to provide good adhesion.

Spreading Rate (Gal): 9-33 m²/3.7L (100-350 ft²/3.7L)*Rough Bock to Smooth Concrete

Drying Time: Touch 8Hrs, Handle 8-12Hrs, Recoat: 12 Hrs

Tools:
Brush: Nylon or Polyester
Roller:15-20 mm
Spray: Tip .013-.017 in.

Application / Dilution: Ready to use / Do not thin

Clean-up: Water

Gloss Level: Flat (60°: 0 to 5%)

Composition: Binder: Acrylic/Polyvinyl

VOC Level: <50g/L

Extra Features:
*Spray or roller application on porous block should be followed by brushing to work the material into the voids.
