Paint Pro University

General Paint is proud to employ only the top customer service representatives who have attended our Paint Pro University. If you are a technical school, college or university graduate or have a number of years of related experience, why not talk to us about our Management Training Program? This competitive program trains you in all aspects of paint, paint application and store management.

You will be given the opportunity to work in several of our decorating centres while learning about our products and procedures and the management skills required to run a store. Upon successful completion, candidates will be ready to manage one of our decorating centres or, if they are willing to relocate within the General Paint trading area (Vancouver Island to Ontario), may have the opportunity to become a manager.
